Here is where you'll find all the necessary information about our upcoming elections for the 2021-2022 academic year. The first positions that are available are the National Department and the Creative Department.
National Department

Chief Communications Coordinator: The Chief Communications Coordinator is in charge of managing external relations with the AMA National organization and the AMA National department as a whole.

Work collaboratively with all members of the National Department

Write multiple reports for the AMA collegiate organization
-
Manage and write content for the Chapter Website and Linkedin page

Track and monitor AMA membership for the AMA collegiate organization

AMA Events Director: The AMA Events Director is in charge of managing all aspects of the AMA International Collegiate Conference, as well as planning AMA at Pace University’s Regional Conference.

Responsible for planning all aspects of the Regional Conference, including itinerary development, event costs, and external professional outreach
-
Manage all competition deadlines and relaying important competition information to attendees
-
Manage external competition necessities such as flight, hotel, and shuttle

Fundraising and Social Impact Director: The Fundraising and Social Impact Director is responsible for executing all social impact events and reaching out to corporations for sponsorship opportunities.

Work collaboratively with the Chief Financial Officer and the Budget Allocation Advisor

Brainstorm and execute social impact events

Brainstorm and execute avenues for fundraising
-
Must have professional etiquette when speaking and reaching out to major corporations and employers

National Department Election Process & Expectations
Expectations:
-
Expectations are that the new e-board must meet weekly for e-board meetings and attend the rest of our general meetings.

Full positions takes into effect in May.

Elections will take place over SetterSync this year through a ballot system.
-
Ballots will go live on SetterSync on March 23rd and will close March 30th.
