Student Business Pop-Up: OKTOBERFEST

To celebrate our student community alongside the starts of the October month, AMA at Pace hosted an Oktoberfest event! We reached out to student-owned small businesses at our University to provide them a platform to market and showcase their work for fellow students to buy. Throughout our 2 hours of the event, we had a total of 100 attendees!

The businesses that tabled with us included Rensfaire, Jordies Art Studio, Chess Club, Amazon Prime Student, and the Lubin School of Business.

While all our small businesses got to promote their products and talk with interested shoppers, we were able to attract and satisfy shoppers with free food (who doesn’t love free food)! We served Hot Apple Cider, Pie, Pretzels, Nachos, and Pigs in a Blanket.

On top of that, we got to promote our own club as well with our own table! This is our first event where we dropped our first set of sweatshirts to the public. We also handed out our amazing tote bags for students to rock as they shopped with our businesses.

We had so much fun and got to see students coming out to support one another at our Oktoberfest!
